Holiday movie season promising

Recyclables saved from landfill future

Aluminum cans crunch and scrape across the asphalt as members of the campus Sierra Club sort bottles from cans and tally up the number of recyclables they pulled from the trash cans at Bear Fest Village. Piles of cans are grouped together on the pavement while several pairs of feet smash beer cans and energy drinks into flattened chunks of tin.
